FPV UAV which can stay in the air for hours and scan hundreds of square kilometers of the earth surface is very effective instrument for addressing various issues that are related to vast Canadian forested areas. Unlike Earth Observation satellites, which have revisit rate of several weeks, UAV drone can scan the remote forest area practically on a daily basis.This allows for early fire detection, timely and effective handling of deforestation, and also for effective control of the forest development and growth.
